Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Spa Scroll (the "dashboard"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Spa Scroll is operated by Mason Vukonich, based in Arizona, United States ("I," "me," "my").

What the dashboard does

It's a membership for aesthetics professionals that shows overperforming Instagram and TikTok videos from the aesthetics industry, with filters, saved videos, scripts and tips on why each video worked. New videos are added regularly. I may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login secure.

• You must be at least 18 and using the dashboard for your business or profession.

• You're responsible for all activity on your account, including anyone you let use it.

Account sharing is not allowed

• Each membership is for one person only. You may not share your login, password or access with anyone, including coworkers, staff, other spas or clients.

• I may monitor accounts for signs of sharing, such as logins from multiple locations or devices at the same time.

• If I find that an account has been shared, I may, at my discretion:

◦ suspend or close the account immediately, without a refund

◦ charge the full membership price for each additional person who used the account, for the whole period it was shared

◦ take legal action to recover my losses, including damages, court orders to stop the sharing, and my reasonable attorney's fees and costs

Membership and payment

• Memberships are billed monthly through my payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime through "Manage billing" in Settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

• Refunds: all payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise.

• Founder and promotional pricing: a discounted price, like founder pricing, applies only for the period stated when you joined and only while your membership stays active. If you cancel, the discount ends, and rejoining is at the current regular price. After the promotional period, your membership renews at the regular price.

• Price changes: I may change prices with notice before the change applies to you.

Waitlist and founder access

• Access may open in batches. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a spot, or any particular price.

• Founder pricing is only available through a founder code during the open window I announce. When the window closes, the code stops working and new members pay the regular price.

Creator videos and content

• The videos in the dashboard, and their scripts, are public posts owned by their creators. I credit and link to the originals, and I don't claim ownership of them.

• They're shared for research and inspiration only. Don't copy other creators' videos, scripts or content. Use them to learn which topics, formats and frameworks work, then make your own.

• Creators can ask to have their content removed by emailing mason@spascroll.com, and I'll remove it promptly.

Tips, scripts and AI content

• Tips, breakdowns and scripts may be created or transcribed with help from AI. They're a starting point, not a finished product, and may contain mistakes.

• Nothing in the dashboard is medical, legal or advertising advice. You're responsible for making sure your content follows the laws and rules where you practice, including rules on advertising treatments like neurotoxins, and for any claims you make about results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your login or let anyone else access your account

• share, resell or redistribute the dashboard or its content, or use it to build a competing product

• scrape, copy in bulk, or use bots to access the dashboard

• use it for anything illegal, misleading, or that violates someone else's rights

• try to get around security or access features you haven't paid for

I may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

My content

The dashboard's design, curation, tips, breakdowns, name and logo belong to me. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business while your membership is active.

Availability

I aim to keep the dashboard running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer

The dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee any particular results, like views, followers or bookings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. My total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 6 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses or legal costs that come from your content, your use of the dashboard, or your breaking these terms.

Ending your account

You can cancel anytime. To delete your account and data, email mason@spascroll.com and I'll delete it within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. I may end accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

If I make significant changes, I'll let members know by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the dashboard after that means you accept the changes.
